- BCEE is run entirely by board members and volunteers. BCEE's office and meeting space, located at Suite 504, 111 Fairmount Ave, Oakland, CA94611 (inside Oakland Peace Center) is open to the public on Monday to Friday 10am-4pm. The ritual service will be held on Saturday afternoon (estimating to launch from this October). The space itself is leased from Oakland Peace Center, an unrelated nonprofit organization.
- Moreover, BCEE will start to provide free haircut service (first Wednesday every month), alm givings (providing free food), religious counseling at senior houses and hospitals, fund-raising, by end of this year. BCEE is taking responsibility of coordinating with Buddhist students associations of local universities.
