The confluence of Distributed/Ubiquitous systems and HCI (Human Computer Interaction) has historically interested me. But nowadays, am doing some interesting work with Sensor Netowrks and Wireless Sensor Devices (motes).
Am currently doing some research with Phil Levis in the SING group. Along with Manjunath, I am investigating sensor data queriying methods and indexing data structures on flash devices for low powered WSD's. Am also investigating into storage abstractions and newer hierarchies for motes along with Kresimir.
Either way, new technology and new ideas fuel my energy. And thats what i'll keep looking out for !
