- Poor management can result in poor operational output
- Role of managers to manage and hire the right consultants
- Development/Design problems that can result due to failure of management
Abstract:
The following paper discusses problems which can arise if companies do not head into a project with proper design, development, and risk strategies. It is the author's contention that it is the role of the managers to ensure that the consultants are doing their jobs properly, and that failure on the part of the consultants is a result of failure of the manager to monitor the consultants properly or failure of the management to hire the right consultants.
