Requirements to become a valid Registrar

• Must be a signatory of the gTLD-MoU
• Must be a member of CORE, and follow CORE's regulations
• Initial fee of $10,000 (US) to help maintain the registries
• Company must meet certain technical and financial guidelines (total assets, Internet connections, etc.)
