This document requires the following manual adjustments to convert properly:

• Modifying original tex file to change from slides.sty to seminar.sty
• Manually add \begin{figure} \end{figure} pair in tex file for figures
• Add .latex2html-init file and includes $DVIPS = 'dvips -x 1000' to reduce figure size
• After latex2html translation, manually modify index.html to add or modify <img> tags to the proper location
• Type 'cd l2hNNNNN' where NNNNN is a 5 digit number. Then 'gs -q -dNOPAUSE -dNO_PAUSE -sDEVICE=ppmraw -sOutputFile=<image file>.ppm,' to bring up a GS prompt. Then type '(<image file>.ps) run', to convert ps to ppm file
• Type 'pnmcrop <image file>.ppm | ppmtogif -interlace -trans '#ffffff' > ! <image file>.gif' to convert to gif file
• Type 'mv <image file>.gif ..'
• Create a $Rightarrow$ image using Photoshop to replace the badly converted image from latex2html
