Information about applying for graduate admission is also available from Stanford University Graduate Admissions at: http://gradadmissions.stanford.edu. You will also be able to submit an online request for information about admissions and graduate programs at Stanford as well as the Guide to Graduate Admissions booklet.
Due to the number of requests for interviews with faculty members, the department has to deny all such requests. If you would like to correspond with one of the CS Department's student representatives, you may send e-mail to the CS Course Advisor at advisor@cs.stanford.edu. The Course Advisor can answer questions about student life, degree requirements, and taking classes.
The Course Advisor is not a member of the Admissions Office and therefore cannot answer questions about application policies, procedures, deadlines, and requirements. Please do not send application status inquiries or admissions questions to the Course Advisor. The Course Advisor does not have access to applicant information or admissions procedures and therefore will be unable to respond to such inquiries.
