I'm currently a grad student at Stanford in computer science. I'm interested in the applications of systems and synthetic biology, biocomputation, adaptive and reconfigurable hardware, machine learning, self organizing and chaotic systems, complexity, and information theory. My favorite application domains are automation of biology research, consumer biologicals, medical devices, data mining and financial markets.
