Q: How much does it cost to attend Stanford for an MSCS progam?
The Financial Aid office offers estimates of housing, books, and insurance costs in their sample budget. However, their tuition estimate is based on the Humanities and Sciences rate.
In 2005-2006, engineering tuition for full-time students was $21,630 per year (excluding the summer, and taking 8-10 units per quarter). Completing 45 units at this rate over five quarters would cost about $36,050. Your situation may vary; consult the Controller's Office site for the most up-to-date rates. (Look in the "GRAD ENGR" column.)
Part-time SCPD students should look at SCPD's tuition and fee schedule.
