Q: How easy is it to get funding for an MSCS program?

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee funding for MSCS students. While a few students are able to secure CA-ships or RA-ships, priority for these goes to Ph.D. students. See Is it possible to get an RA/CA-ship?

U.S. citizens can apply for federal grants and loans; please see the Financial Aid Office site for more details.

Unfortunately, since most aid comes from the federal government, international students are not eligible to apply, and may need to seek outside sources of funding.
